France Elections: French Nationals in Kampala Vote

The French Community in Uganda has joined the rest of France in the first round of their presidential elections which will see two top candidates become eligible for the final round of the race to the Elysee palace. Close to 200 eligible voters were at the French embassy in Kampala to exercise their voting rights in an excise that the French ambassador Rivoal Stephanie termed smooth compared t what characterized elections in other parts of the world.
