Uganda has over the years had a number of football stars both for the respective teams and the National team. From the likes of the late Phillip Omondi, Majid Musisi, Issa Ssekatawa among others, there is vast talent to be proud of.
However, to the spectators who watch these stars, football has always been leisure, yet to the players, its work, that they should under normal circumstances be paid for even years after they have retired . But in the Ugandan case, what is the practice?
