Five Billion Needed to Audit Karuma- Isimba Dams

The Karuma dam construction controversy rages with the Auditor General of Government now asking for 5 billion shillings to audit the construction works he considers substandard
According to the auditor general Paul Muwanga, the 5billion is to enable him hire international auditors to thoroughly investigate all the scams and substandard works involved in the project. Remmy Bahati reports.
