One Charged with Illegal Possession of Fire Arms

One Geoffrey Musisi has been charged before Nakawa chief magistrates court over illegal possession of fire arms and conspiracy to murder an unknown person.
Court was however adjourned before the suspect taking plea after his lawyer raised a compliant that the current charges were merely being reinstated after they were dismissed last year – accusing the prosecution of not following the right procedure.
