Museveni Vows to Clean Police

In a dramatic turn of events President Yoweri Museveni shocked the country when he announced that he owned up to the mistakes made by the Uganda police force in regard to the violation of human rights
The president was however quick to add that he will clean his house and tasked members of the public to equally hold their leaders accountable for their actions.
This as he launched the presidential initiative skilling the girl child project, a development meant to elevate the youth out of poverty and push the agenda of a middle-income status by 2020. Isabella Tugume has the details.
