Suspected Hit-men Gang Leader Pins Police Chief on Framing Him

The suspected of masterminding the hacking and theft in greater Masaka, Grace Bukenya, is now accusing the Old Kampala division Police of framing him. Bukenya, who head security at NANA hostel in Kampala, says his trouble with the Old Kampala DPC Charles Nsaba stems from a fallout over security reports and a contested land in Namulanda along Entebbe Road.
