MPs Want KCCA to Arrest Good Samaritans That Give Street Kids Money

Legislators sitting on the Uganda Parliamentary Forum have asked Kampala Capital City Authority to arrest anybody found giving money to beggars and street children.
Speaking to Journalist at Parliament ahead of activities to mark the Day of the African child,legislators said failure by KCCA to enforce the operation is one of the factors said to be behind the increasing number of children on the streets
