KCCA Amendment Bill 2015 Controversy

The Kampala Capital City Authority Act is not even two years but government has already tabled an amendment bill to the anger of many stakeholders. Although Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and the City councilors are tasking the Kampala minister to withdraw the bill, critics say the bill is targeting the current political dispensation.
