PAC: Infighting Affecting Service Delivery of Uganda’s Missions Abroad

Legislators sitting on the Parliamentary Accounts committee have voiced concern over the sorry state of Uganda’s missions abroad.
Meeting officials from the ministry of foreign affairs led by the Permanent Secretary Ambassador Patrick Mugoya, the legislators also noted that several missions have more than one deployed envoy but all without clear guidelines.
