'Ammendments Favour the Incumbent'

Since 1995, Uganda’s constitution has been amended 6 times with 120 clauses added .
22 years later, the constitution is still before parliament to have more amendments done. This has faced a lot of criticisms especially from lawyers who say the 1995 constitutions has been watered down to just a shadow document.
Our reporter Nabaasa Innocent brings us some of the amendments that have been made since 1995 and their impact.
