Uganda’s representatives to the Pan African Parliament want the continental legislative body to have more powers to legislate for Africa. To them, the Pan African Parliament is merely advisory with no powers to enact laws that can redeem the plight of the people of Africa. MPs Veronica Kadogo and Felix Okot Ogong also say the House is moving to have an amendment in the electoral laws so as to have representative elected away from the National assemblies;
