4 Police Officers Suspended

The Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura has suspended 4 senior police officers that are accused of taking an active role in the forceful eviction of residents and the destruction of a government building on plots 60&62, Aldina road in Jinja town.
The four officers were singled out on Tuesday during an appearance by the Police Chief before the Justice Catherine Bamugemereire land commission in Kampala. Canary Mugume has the details.
