ADB Threatens to Cut Funding

The African Development Bank (ADB) has warned that is will cut funding to Uganda over poor absorption of funds. The Bank’s Executive Director Dr. Caleb Nyamajeje Weggoro says the Bank is concerned that energy and infrastructural development – which receive the lion’s share of funding have failed to utilize the received funds leading to poor service delivery.
