Kampala Capital City Authority has started registering vendors who will provide various services at the upcoming 2017 KCCA carnival. KCCA Deputy spokesperson, Robert Kalumba says people who want to set up stalls for roasted meat popularly referred to as Nyama choma can now register for as low as 20,000 shillings. This as NBS TV supports preparations for the carnival with 500 million shillings. Isabella Tugume reports.
