Kagame Wins Election By a Landslide

President Paul Kagame of Rwanda has won a third term in office with a landslide. The country’s electoral commission announced earlier today that Kagame won with over 98% of the ballots cast. He gave a victory speech last night shortly after preliminary results showed him in a comfortable lead. Canary Mugume who has covered the campaigns and elections has the details.
