Brig. Kasirye Gwanga Accused of Burning a Grader

After his motor grader was allegedly burnt to ashes by Brigadier Kasirye Gwanga, a one David Wakabi advising government to be mind the people they entrusting with guns. Businessman Wakabi is accusing Brigadier Kasirye Gwanga of taking the law into his hands instead of arresting the driver of even dragging the grader to police.
