Bank of Uganda's Golden Pen in Parliament

THE Governor bank of Uganda Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile has finally tabled a copy of the luxurious golden cross pens before the statutory committee of commissions, statutory authorities and state enterprises ( COSASE) which took a whooping 125 million to purchase
The pens were bought as part of the activities to mark 50 years of the central bank.
