The Uganda Law Society says the newly appointed deputy Chief Justice, Alphonse Owiny Dollo faces the uphill task of restoring public trust in the Constitutional Court. Society President Francis Gimara says Justice Dollo comes in at a time when cases in the constitutional court are predictable.
