East African Community Police Officers Meet on Fighting Cross Border Crimes

East African police chiefs are concerned over the increase in regional cross border crime say it can only be addressed with collective effort. This was the major talking point as the Eastern African Police Chiefs Cooperation Organization, an umbrella body that brings together police chiefs from Eastern Africa started a five day conference in Kampala. As Salma Namwanje reports, the police chiefs will discuss a number of issues concerning regional security.
