Speaker Kadaga in Sickle Cell Fight

Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga will be lobbying for a special fund to tackle the sickle cell disease in Uganda. The disease reported to be on the rise in different parts of the country, she says, needs special attention. And she wants the ministries of finance and health to add this onto the priority list.
