Police on Age Limit, ‘We Will Stop Any Illegal Activity’

Police spokesperson, Asan Kasingye says the force will do all in its power to stop any illegal activity on Tuesday. Kasingye says despite plans by some legislators, opposition politicians and activists to protest the planned motion to remove the presidential age limit, police is mandated and is ready to protect citizens and their property. This as tension builds with the age limit removal motion widely expected to be presented in parliament.
