UHRC Condemns Clampdown on Opposition over Age Limit

The Uganda Human Rights commission has condemned the brutality meted out to those opposing the amending of article 102 (b) to lift presidential term limits. Commission Chairperson Meddie Kaggwa is concerned that the country is on tenterhooks with leaders against the amending of the constitution living in constant fear.
