Government Seeks 250 Billion to Vaccinate Cattle Against Foot and Mouth Disease

The ministry of Agriculture requires 250 billion Uganda shilling to vaccinate all the cattle in the country following the recent out break of the foot and mouth disease in some parts of the country.Pius Wakabi the permanent secretary ministry of Agriculture says that short of that, they will lift the quarantine in the affected areas.
