President Museveni Gifts Top Busoga Leaders with Cattle

In a controversial move, President Yoweri Museveni has donated 260 in calf heifers to all members of Parliament, district Chairpersons, District NRM Chairpersons and Resident District Commissioners in Busoga sub region in the midst of an ongoing age limit debate. The minister for the Presidency Esther Mbaayo says the heifers are aimed at fighting the biting poverty in the sub region.
