ISO Parades Car Theft Suspect

The Internal Security Organization has arrested and paraded a 29 year old man suspected to be [part of the gang that is involved in stealing vehicles and taking them to the DR Congo. Mubiru Godfrey Kayongo, is said to have been in this illegal business for the last 12 years, until today when his luck run out.
