HIV Declines in Rakai District

A new HIV Report has indicated a decline in the infection rate by a significant 40% nationwide. The study also shows Rakai, a significant place in the HIV/AIDS fight to have made strides in battle positing a 42% decline in infection rate. According to Professor David Sserwadda, Makerere University, who was part of the study, says both the national and Rakai decline is due to use of condom use.
