Culturists Call for Independent Culture Ministry

President Yoweri Museveni has been urged to create a special ministry of culture to boost promotion of customs and norms of the citizenry. The call comes amidst concerns that the young generation is shunning cultural practices in favor of foreign ways of life which poses a threat to local tribes.
