Sudhir Wins Round One Against Bank of Uganda

Bank of Uganda will now have to find new lawyers in the fraud suit against city business man Sudhir Ruparelia. This is after the commercial court disqualified lawyers from MMAKS advocates and AF Mpanga Advocates from representing the Central Bank citing conflict of interest since the same lawyers were once Sudhir’s advocates.
