KCCA Councillors Meet Museveni

Some KCCA councillors have castigated their counterparts that met president Yoweri Museveni at his Kisozi farm, saying the move was aimed at begging for financial favors from the president. Whereas the councilors that met the president say that they went to learn from his farm their counterparts say the move was orchestrated by Kampala minister Beti Kamya to compromise the council.
