KCCA, UNBS Arrest Two Butchers Over Using Illegal Preservatives

The Kampala Capital City Authority and the Uganda National Bureau of Standards have arrested two beef vendors over using illegal chemicals to preserve fresh beef and fish. This was during a sting operation in Kalerwe and Ntinda conducted to weed out the use of cancer causing chemicals in the preservation of foodstuffs.
