Unmasking Faces Behind Makerere Fraud

Makerere University Academic Staff Association (MUASA) has admitted it could have been an accomplice to the fraud that led to the loss of more than Shs21.8bn. In a shocking revelation coming days after the release of a report by the visitation committee commissioned by the president, MUASA says some of its members are operating accounts at college and school levels receiving money from donors in the name of Makerere university.
