African Economies Urged on Policies Implementation

African economies are being challenged to consider urgency as a factor, which should drive their policies if they are to close the gap between their intentions to achieve set goals and the actual outcome. According to Dr. Donald Kaberuka, the former President of the African Development Bank, these policies should as well be technically sound, politically feasible and administratively deliverable.
