Fist fights ensued at the police disciplinary court, as former Buyende district police commander Muhamad Kirumira protested the harsh bail terms issued by court. Kirumira accused the police disciplinary court of issuing harsh terms to keep him incarcerated and in protest, scuffles and fist fights with court orderlies followed.
