Who is Responsible for the Refugee Fund Graft?

Civil society groups working with refugees have questioned the system used in the management of refugees in the country – warning that there will be more scandals if the refugee policy is not reviewed. The civil society group led by the African Women and Youth Action for Development (AWYAD) are concerned the Office of the Prime Minister and international refugee agencies deliberately sideline them in the management of refugees creating an opportunity for the officers in charge to miss manage the resources.
