UACE 2017: 60.7% Qualify for University Admission

The 2017 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) exams have been released registering a slight decline in performance. Female candidates performed better than boys in the examinations registering a failure rate of 0.7% against the boys’ failure rate of 1.5%. Results of 79 candidates from 24 centers have been withheld over malpractice. Canary Mugume reports.
