Minister Kahinda Otafiire Grilled, Begs MPs to Appeal SH2.4 BN Compensation

Justice and constitutional affairs minister Kahinda Ottafire is set to appeal against the shs.2.4 billion-shilling charges awarded to Japan vehicle inspection company (JEVIC) over breach of contract. This, after the ministry of trade cancelled the contract which in part had given JEVIC the exclusive inspection of used motor vehicles originating from Japan and the rest of the world with exception from Dubai .
