Ex-Bubulo West MP Kipoi Deported From Botswana

Former Bubulo West Member of Parliament, Tony Nsubuga Kipoi was this morning deported by Botswana to Uganda following negotiations between Kampala and Gaborone. The former legislator has an arrest warrant out by the Makindye based General Court Martial on allegations of subversive activities and theft.
