Heavy Rains, Floods Paralyse Kampala

Torrential rains continue to destroy roads, homesteads and property in Kampala. Residents of Ssembule B zone in Rubaga Division are growing increasingly concerned for the safety of their children as the rains intensify. Some Kampala residents are now castigating the City authorities over failure to find solutions to the flooding that has affected residents for decades now. Victoria Bagaya has more.
