Former Bubulo West MP Tonny Kipoi Nsubuga has been remanded to Luzira prison by Nakawa chief magistrates court on charges of attempting to traffic 20 people from Bukedea district to the DR. Congo. Kipoi who is jointly charged with 2 others denied the charges
