Even though innocent, many children of convicts on death row and prolonged sentences are suffering at the hands of hostile communities who treat them as outcasts or even outlaws. In this piece we recount tales of different children, who have suffered stigma, poverty, dropped out of school and some even survived death threats finding themselves in child led homes after their parents were stripped away by the criminal justice system.
