Opm Official, Charles Bafaki Arrested over Grabbing Land

The Principle settlement officer in the office of the prime minister, Charles Bafaki has been arrested by the Commission of land inquiry after he was accused of using his position to extend boundaries of a refugee camp into land belonging to Tooro Prime Minister Stephen Irumba.
