Judges Query Law on Human Trafficking

Judges have punched holes in the existing anti human trafficking laws, saying they are weak and need to be amended to address the growing vice. The current law stipulates that if a suspect is convicted of human trafficking , they are liable to eight months imprisonment or a fine of Shs2m.
