Yumbe Clashes Leaves Two Dead

Two people have been shot and injured after UPDF soldiers attached to Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) engaged boda boda riders in running battles in an operation to impound motorcycles without license plates. The public anger is said to have emanated from URA continued operation against smuggled rice and unregistered motorcycle number plates in the boarder district.
