Tracing Government's Money

It is business unusual for public accounting officers with government embarking on program based budgeting – tailored at reducing wastage and creating better service delivery. According to Kenneth Mugambe the director budget at ministry of finance the move is aimed at linking money provided for the different sector to service delivery.
