Simcard Replacement Hustle Ends

Telecom companies have started replacing Sim cards after acquiring biometric card readers Uganda Communications Commission (UCC). Earlier last month, Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) released a statement banning issuance and replacements of new SIM cards until the telecom companies acquire biometric cards readers something that took more time than was expected.
