Tororo Hospital to Remain In Darkness until Next Financial Year

Tororo district CAO Namanda Elizabeth has revealed that Tororo hospital will remain in darkness until the next financial year since the district does not have the resources to clear up the outstanding bill. It’s confirmed that the hospital owes the electricity company over 72 million shillings in unpaid power bills, a bill that has accumulated over the years.
