UPDF Officer, Wife Arrested for Self Kidnap

Police has arrested a UPDF officer and his wife for staging their kidnap with intent to extort money from the woman’s family. Robinson Kisembo and Agnes Nyangoma Agnes were arrested following a one and a half weeks hunt. The parents of the woman had only paid 100,000 shillings of the 14 million ransom.
