Lawyers are skeptical about the orders issued by the Inspector General of Police barring the re-arrest of suspects within court premises. The order comes at a time when security operatives are under heavy criticism for the brutal re-arrest of suspects, violating their right to bail and tainting the independence of the judiciary.
