Jamil Mukulu Pre-Trial Starts

The International Crimes Division of the high court has embarked on the pre-trial of former ADF leader Jamil Mukulu and 34 others who are battling charges relating to terrorism. The pre-trial session before Justice Eva Luswata allows prosecution to streamline and disclose all available evidence they have against suspects helping them prepare for their full trial before a full panel of three judges of the same court.
