Matia Kasaija, Betty Amongi at it again

The land fund bonanza continues to annoy members of the Land Commission of inquiry with latest appearance of one Patrick Zikanshagyiza, who out of speculative buying received over 900 million shillings from the Uganda land fund. Lands minister Betty Amongi and Finance minister Matia Kasaija’s names have been dragged in the irregular transaction as having fueled the quick payment to Zikanshagyiza.
